Terms and Conditions for RY Flowerwall 

Effective Date: 1 march 2025 

By renting decoration items from RY Flowerwall (“we”, “our”, or “the company”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. 

1. Rental Agreement 

  • All rental items  are the property of RY Flowerwall. 
  • The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the return or pickup date specified in the rental agreement. 
  • The customer agrees to use the Items only for the purpose intended (i.e., decoration for events such as weddings, parties, or corporate functions). 

2. Booking and Payment 

  • A booking is confirmed once a signed rental agreement and the required deposit or full payment are received. 
  • A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 days before the event or as agreed in the rental contract. 
  • Payments can be made via accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc. 
  • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation or delay of the rental items. 

3. Delivery and Setup 

  • Delivery and setup of Items are provided at the agreed-upon location and time. 
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the event venue is accessible and suitable for setup. 
  • Any additional delivery or setup requests outside the original agreement will incur extra charges. 
  • RY Flowerwall is not responsible for any delays due to external factors like weather, traffic, or venue restrictions. 

4. Use and Care of Items 

  • The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of the rented Items throughout the rental period. 
  • Any damage, loss, or theft of Items during the rental period will be charged to the customer. 
  • Customers should not alter, modify, or repair the Items without prior approval from RY Flowerwall. 
  • The customer agrees to return the Items in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear accepted. 

5. Cancellations and Changes 

  • Cancellations made 1 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. 
  • Any changes to the order (such as adding or removing Items) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees. 

6. Late Returns 

  • If the rented Items are not returned by the agreed-upon time, the customer will incur additional charges for late return, calculated at 50% of total amount per day. 
  • The customer must notify RY Flowerwall if there is any delay in returning the Items. 

7. Liability and Insurance 

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss related to the rented Items during the rental period. 
  • RY Flowerwall is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Items. 
  • The customer is encouraged to purchase insurance for the event to cover any potential damages or accidents. 

8. Indemnification 

  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RY Flowerwall, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the rented Items. 

9. Force Majeure 

  • RY Flowerwall will not be held liable for failure to fulfill any rental agreement due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations. 

10. Privacy and Data Protection 

  • RY Flowerwall will respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Any data provided will only be used for rental and communication purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. 

11. Governing Law 

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario,canada. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of canada. 

12. Amendments 

  • RY Flowerwall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing or through the website.
